Brianne Peters is a master’s/equivalency student in music therapy at the University of Iowa. She holds an undergraduate degree in violin performance from Baylor University, and she also sings and plays guitar, piano, and basic percussion. She has enjoyed working with a variety of clinical populations throughout her music therapy training at Iowa and is excited to work with children with disabilities at her upcoming internship placement. Brianne is thrilled to work with Tremble Clefs this semester and observe how research-based music therapy interventions benefit the group members. She hopes to contribute to a joyful, uplifting experience for the individuals with Parkinson’s disease and their caregivers.
